Trading gold should not mean handing over your whole identity. GoldNah collects only what trading needs – and that is surprisingly little.
No real name, no email
An account is a username and a password. No phone number, no address, no ID.
Only a rough area
Listings carry a grid of about 5 km. The app never touches your GPS. If you share a place in chat, it is rounded on your device first.
Chats we cannot read
Messages are end-to-end encrypted. The server holds only ciphertext – and deletes it after 30 days.
Photos without metadata
Images are re-encoded before upload. Camera location and other metadata are dropped along the way.
No ads, no trackers
No analytics, no ad networks, no tracking cookies. This website does not even load third-party fonts.
Your key is yours
The chat key is derived from your password. Lose both your password and recovery key and nobody – not even us – can restore old chats.
In person is the safest hand-over
Because no money moves through GoldNah, there is no prepayment and no fake payment page. You swap goods for payment – face to face.

Do I need an account to browse listings?
No. Listings are visible without an account. You only need one to post a listing or contact a seller – and a username and password is all it takes.
What does GoldNah cost?
Nothing. GoldNah is free for everyone – no subscription, no ads and no paid tier. Fair limits (for example 5 active listings and 10 open chats) keep the market clean. Voluntary contributions pay for running it.
Is there escrow or payment processing?
No, by design. GoldNah only connects people. The hand-over and payment happen directly between you, in person. That is why there is no prepayment and no payment page a scammer could imitate.
How precisely is my location visible?
Listings carry only a grid area of about 5 km and a place description you write yourself. The app never accesses your GPS. You agree on the meeting point in the encrypted chat.
Can anyone read my chats?
Messages are end-to-end encrypted; the key is derived from your password. The server stores only ciphertext and metadata, for 30 days at most. Important: if you lose both your password and your recovery key, nobody can make old chats readable again.
How old do I have to be?
GoldNah is intended only for people aged 18 or over.
Is this investment advice?
No. GoldNah is a marketplace for direct contact between private people and does not give investment, tax or legal advice.
How do I delete my account?
Right in the app: Profile → Settings → Account → Delete. Details are on the Delete account page.
